PARTICIPANTS REQUIEREMENT for ICEA
- Registered Organization: Participants must be officially registered organizations, including corporations, SMEs, cooperatives, government agencies, non-governmental organizations, or communities engaged in circular economy activities.
- It does not have a law cases such as KKN (corruption, bribery) cases or community lawsuits related to its operations
- Requirements for Companies in the Extractive, Manufacturing, Waste Management, Chemical, and Infrastructure Industries.
- SMEs, Companies operating outside Indonesia, Companies in certain sectors.
- Circular Economy Practices: Organizations must have implemented circular economy (CE) practices in their operations or business programs. This may include aspects such as material reuse, recycling, waste reduction, or business models that support the circular economy.
- Relevant Initiatives: Participants must have initiatives or projects relevant to the principles of the circular economy that can be measured and assessed.
- Supporting Documents: Participants must provide relevant supporting documents, such as sustainability reports, operational reports, performance data, or certificates that indicate the circular economy practices they have implemented.
- Willingness to be Evaluated : Organizations must be willing to be evaluated by a panel of circular economy (CE) experts based on the standards and principles of ISO 59000.
- Cooperation and Transparency : Participants must be willing to provide transparent information and cooperate with the evaluation team throughout the assessment process.

Who Can Participate in ICEA ?
- Large Corporations: Organizations operating on a large scale across various industrial sectors that have implemented circular economy practices.
- Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs): Small and medium-sized businesses that have initiatives or circular economy practices in their operations.
- Cooperatives: Organizations owned and managed by their members that also apply circular economy principles.
- Government Agencies: Government institutions with programs or policies that support the circular economy.
- Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs): Non-profit organizations involved in social, environmental, and economic activities that support circular economy principles.
- Community Groups: Community-based organizations that run circular economy initiatives for local welfare.
- Educational Institutions: Schools, universities, or other educational entities that integrate circular economy principles into their curriculum or research projects.
- Industry and Business Clusters: Groups of companies or industries collaborating to promote and implement circular economy practices among their members.
- Individuals within the companies /organizations structure such as CEO, BOD, Managers, Chairperson or secretary of Social Organization/SMEs

BUMN/SWASTA/ASING/Mitra Participant
Corporate, BUMN, National and International Private Sector and Corporate Partner Category Awards: are awards presented to companies for their policies, practices and implementation of Circular Economy programs both internally and externally in order to improve the company’s sustainability performance, and have increased the company’s efficiency and effectiveness and contributed to achieving the SDGs.
BUMD/LSM/SMEs Participant
BUMD, NGO, SMEs Participant Category Award: is an award presented to BUMD, NGO, SMEs actors in the Circular Economy, both internal and external programs as an effort to improve the sustainability performance of organizational operations, thereby increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
Individual Participant (CEO/Direktur/VP/GM/SM,Manager/ SPV/SPT, Officer, Partner, Local Hero)
The Actor Category Award is an award presented to individuals according to their level of authority in an organization who play a major role in the successful implementation of the Circular Economy.

Registration Process ICEA 2025
Registration
Interested companies or participants can register themselves through the platform provided by the committee. Registration can be done through the website www.ices-org.com or contact marketing at 082240406233. At this stage, participants fill out the registration form and choose the program or initiative they want to participate in ICEA 2024

ICEA 2025 Category Program Form Filling
Participants will be given a program form according to their choice to fill out. The completed form is submitted and sent to email: info.icea@ices-org-id.com or via the G drive link prepared by the committee. Participants can attach relevant documents to strengthen the contents of the form in question.

Desk Assesment (Cerification) & Consultation
Participants will go through an initial administrative assessment process and consultation. The assessment team will check the submitted documents to ensure eligibility and completeness. If necessary, the committee will provide consultation to participants to correct or complete information before moving on to the next stage.

Zoom Presentation
At this stage, participants will be asked to present their program or through an online presentation session via Zoom. This session provides an opportunity for participants to present their program in depth and answer questions directly from the assessment team.

Site Visit
For platinum candidate participants, the assessment team will conduct a direct visit to the location of the proposed program or initiative. This visit aims to verify information and ensure that the program is run in accordance with previous reports and presentations. Field visits for platinum candidates will be facilitated by the participants, including tickets, transportation, accommodation and team meals.

Plenary Meeting
After the field visit, a plenary meeting will be held between the assessment teams to discuss and assess the overall programs submitted by the participants. At this stage, the final decision on the ranking and eligibility of the winners will be discussed comprehensively.

Awarding ICEA 2025
The final stage is the awarding or D-day of the ICEA 2024 awards. The winners will be announced and given official awards for their achievements and contributions in the categories they participated in. This event is an important moment to appreciate companies and their leading programs in driving sustainability and innovation. The awarding will be attended by institutions and stakeholders related to the Circular Economy.
